The payout timeline starts after the customer has made a payment for their booked time slot, and funds are transferred securely via Stripe, our payment processor. Please note that the verification process itself can take up to 72 hours, but is usually completed within 24 hours if all details are provided correctly.
No, you don’t need a Pro account to receive payments on 4mytime. All service providers can receive payments through their Stripe connected account, regardless of the account level. However, please note that there is a 20% platform fee deducted from each transaction before the funds are transferred to your account.
